Certifications & Documentation
Tell us the packaging material, intended use and destination. We will review the requirement and confirm which relevant documents are available before making a commitment.
Document scope and intended use
A certificate, material statement and test report serve different purposes. Check the named holder, item or material, applicable scope and dates before treating a document as evidence for a particular order.
This page does not present an unverified certificate catalogue. For a project, identify the evidence you need so its availability and relevance can be discussed.
Certificates, statements and test reports
Material information
Use an identifiable material or component specification when discussing composition, grade or a defined material property.
Product or use information
A report or supporting statement should match the item and the intended conditions; a different material or construction may fall outside its scope.
Company or process information
Confirm which organisation and activity a company-level document covers. It does not automatically establish performance for every packaging item.
Information needed for a document request
| Detail | What to provide |
|---|---|
| Packaging | Product family, structure and material under discussion. |
| Intended use | Contents, direct contact where relevant, handling and storage conditions. |
| Destination | The market or customer requirement driving the request. |
| Evidence | The required document, standard or customer checklist, if known. |
| Timing | When the evidence must be reviewed before sample or order approval. |
Holder, material, date and scope
Do not extend a material statement to a complete pack without checking the other components. Printing, adhesives, coatings, windows and closures can be relevant to the review.
Likewise, a company document is not a promise that every product has passed the same test. Review the exact requirement before using a claim in customer-facing artwork.
Request the relevant documents
Email the packaging specification, intended use, destination and the document or customer requirement you need reviewed.
Documentation questions
Send the exact requirement and proposed material or product. We must check document availability and relevance for that request.
Only after the right to use it and its applicability to the actual order have been confirmed. Do not treat a reference logo as approved artwork.
Not automatically. Review the actual scope when materials, coatings, suppliers or use conditions differ.
