Flexible, padded and rigid mailing envelopes

Black mailing bags with gold and white printed lettering.

Custom Poly Mailers

Flexible poly mailers fit closely around soft or already protected goods. Film structure, usable size and adhesive flap form the main specification.

Custom Paper Mailers

Paper mailers provide a printable outer envelope for delivery. Seams, closure and the packed thickness must suit the product.

Custom Bubble Mailers

Bubble mailers combine an outer envelope with a cushioning lining. The internal opening and packed thickness determine usable capacity.

Custom Padded Paper Mailers

Paper-based padding cushions the contents within the mailing envelope. The cushion and seams are assessed around the packed product.

Custom Rigid Mailers

Stiff mailing envelopes hold flat items such as documents, prints or stationery. Board stiffness and edge clearance affect the fit.

Structure and application comparison

Structure Selection reason What to check
Custom Poly Mailers Use a flexible mailing envelope where the item has suitable protection and does not require a rigid outer wall. Fill the mailer, seal it and check corners and closure contact. Add a protective component or compare a box if the item needs shape or crush protection.
Custom Paper Mailers A paper mailing envelope suits an item whose surface and shape can tolerate the selected construction. Load the item and inspect stress at corners and folds. Compare padded paper or rigid mailers when cushioning or bending resistance is central to the project.
Custom Bubble Mailers A bubble lining adds a cushioning layer within a mailing envelope. Check that edges do not puncture the lining and that the filled envelope seals cleanly. Cushioning alone does not establish a tested drop-protection level.
Custom Padded Paper Mailers A paper cushioning construction provides separation between the contents and the outside envelope. Insert the complete item, inspect compression and check removal through the opened mailer. Compare materials using an assembled sample, not the outer dimensions alone.
Custom Rigid Mailers A stiffer mailing envelope can support documents, cards or other relatively flat items. Check corner fit and the loaded envelope’s opening sequence. Review an inner board or a shipping box if the item needs support beyond the envelope itself.

Return and material options

A second sealing strip can support a return workflow on a suitable mailer. Confirm opening, resealing and remaining usable space on the actual material. A compostability claim requires evidence for the specified material and conditions; it is not inferred from the mailer format.

Protection, closure and return use

Identify the contents and the protection already around them. Compare flexible, padded and rigid constructions and state whether a return sealing strip is needed.

Material suitability depends on the contents, handling and assembled sample; one specification need not suit every structure.

The standard MOQ is 500 pcs per style, size and artwork. Special materials, constructions or multi-component sets may require more. Combined orders are assessed individually; the quotation confirms the applicable quantities.

White, printed and pre-production samples are arranged by project; existing samples depend on availability. The quotation confirms costs, shipping, timing and any production-order credit.

After the required sample, artwork, deposit and order details are confirmed. Production and transit times are assessed separately.
