Custom packaging production in Hangzhou
The factory is part of our custom packaging business established in 2011. Orders are developed around agreed dimensions, materials, artwork, finishes and packing arrangements.
A large product range does not mean every item follows the same production route. A folding carton, a wrapped rigid box and a flexible pouch require different discussions about construction and inspection. Identify your actual project when requesting manufacturing information.
Production processes by packaging type
Paper structures
Discuss printing, cutting, creasing, folding, gluing or wrapping according to the selected carton, bag, tube or rigid structure.
Fitted components
Review product geometry, material selection and the relevant cutting or forming arrangement for inserts and clear components.
Printed accessories
Confirm artwork versions, label or card delivery format, finishing and how the accessories will be packed with the main order.

Material, print, fit and shipment checks
Checks cover incoming materials, printing and colour, dimensions, construction, fit, finishing, assembly and shipment details as applicable. The method and acceptance criteria are agreed for the order.
A visual sample, a dimensional check and a transport evaluation answer different questions. State any special performance or document requirement early so it can be reviewed for the specific pack.
Video visits and factory appointments
Video factory visits are available. In-person visits are by appointment at No. 133 Jianshe 1st Road, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China.
