MOQ, samples and production approval

Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per product style, size and artwork design. Some materials, constructions or multi-component sets require higher quantities. We confirm the applicable MOQ in your quotation.

Yes. Share the product dimensions or a reference, quantity, intended use and delivery destination. We can discuss suitable structures and materials before confirming the specification.

Send the packaging type, quantity, dimensions, materials, printing and finishing requirements, plus the destination. If a specification is undecided, describe your product so we can review it with you.

White samples, printed samples and pre-production samples are arranged by project. Existing samples depend on availability. Costs, shipping, timing and any production-order credit are confirmed in the quotation.

Production scheduling begins after the required sample, artwork, deposit and order details have been confirmed. Production and transit times are assessed separately for your order.

Specifications and order changes

Tell us which dimensions, contents or accessories changed. The insert, outer size, artwork and delivery configuration may need review before the previous sample can be reused.
