Custom Labels & Stickers
Printed identification and branding for the actual surface and application method.
Roll labels, sheet labels and cut stickers
Custom Roll Labels
Roll labels are supplied for the agreed application process. Label shape, liner, roll core and unwind direction are part of the specification.
Custom Sheet Labels
Sheet labels place several labels on a flat backing for the agreed workflow. The label layout and backing affect handling and storage.
Custom Die Cut Stickers
Die-cut stickers follow a selected outline instead of a standard rectangle. The contour, material and adhesive determine its application.
Custom Tamper Evident Labels
Tamper-evident labels show an agreed visible change when the closure is disturbed. Its behaviour depends on the label construction and application surface.
Structure and application comparison
| Structure | Selection reason | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Custom Roll Labels | Roll delivery supports a specified manual dispenser or automatic label application process. | Apply sample labels to the intended surface using the actual process. Check dispensing, adhesion and readability after application, especially around curved containers. |
| Custom Sheet Labels | Sheet delivery gives access to several labels on a flat backing for manual use. | Peel and apply labels from the proposed layout. Compare rolls if dispensing volume or automatic application makes sheet handling impractical. |
| Custom Die Cut Stickers | Follow a custom outer shape to create an individual sticker or a shaped label on backing. | Check the shape at finished size, including backing access and small artwork details. Confirm the delivery format rather than relying on the term die-cut alone. |
| Custom Tamper Evident Labels | A tamper-evident label is intended to reveal a defined opening or removal event. | Apply samples to the actual pack and try the intended opening sequence. Evidence of opening is not a child-resistant closure or a guarantee against deliberate bypass. |
