Terms of Service

Information about using this website and discussing custom packaging orders.

Website information and order agreements

This website introduces ElevaPack packaging options and helps customers prepare an enquiry. Descriptions and sample discussions do not replace a written specification or order agreement. The legal contracting entity and applicable commercial terms are identified in the quotation and agreement.

Quotations and minimum quantities

The standard MOQ is 500 pieces per style, size and artwork. Materials, constructions and multi-component sets may require higher quantities. Combined orders, prices, quotation validity and any tooling, artwork or service fees are confirmed for the project. An email enquiry does not itself create a confirmed production order.

Artwork and specifications

Supply the dimensions, material requirements, artwork and identifiers needed for your project. You are responsible for arranging permission to use the artwork and brand assets you provide. Review spelling, product information, panel orientation and file versions before approval.

Samples and production approval

The required sample, artwork, deposit and order details are confirmed before production scheduling begins. Identify the approved sample and file revision, including any agreed differences from earlier proofs. Sample charges, any order credit and production timing follow the agreed quotation.

Delivery and receiving

Packing, shipment arrangements, freight, clearance and tax responsibilities follow the agreed order terms. Transit is assessed separately from production. Check the shipment against the order and report any issue with the batch, affected quantity, photographs and other relevant information.

Changes and order issues

Changes, cancellations, acceptance criteria and claims are handled according to the order stage and written agreement. Contact the project team promptly so the affected specification and available options can be reviewed. This page does not establish a universal claim period or replace an agreed dispute-resolution clause.

Approved versions and order scope

An approval should identify the packaging item, artwork revision and the sample or specification being accepted. If only the structure has been reviewed, final print or finishing should not be assumed approved.

Changes to contents, artwork, material, quantity or delivery arrangements should be raised for review before treating the existing quotation or sample as unchanged.

Examples and project-specific requirements

Website examples explain packaging choices and purchasing considerations. They do not establish a fixed price, production time, test result or suitability for every application. The actual written order agreement determines the project scope and responsibilities.
