Packaging options for this application
Custom Paper Tubes
Round and shaped paper packaging with product-specific bodies and closures.
Custom Rigid Boxes
Rigid presentation packaging with specified opening and product placement.
Lining material versus a standalone bag
Review the selected lining or wrap on its supporting board or foam, including attachment and product contact. The material is an accessory option in this range; standalone cloth or reusable fabric bags are excluded.
Material specification and supporting documents
Request the actual material reference and specification. Check only the processes used in the chosen pack, such as printing, gluing, folding, wrapping or forming. Discuss the relevant customization.
Approve fit and appearance on the complete construction. Review affected parts after a grade, layer, coating or attachment changes. Composition, contact and performance documents must cover the specified material or item and use conditions. Ask about documentation.
Lining attachment and finished fit
Fabric is used here for retained linings, insert coverings, ribbon pulls and handles. Standalone fabric bags remain outside the product range.
Specify the backing or core, textile reference and attachment method. Thickness, stretch and edge treatment affect fit around an insert or through a handle opening.
Sample review: contact, attachment and lining fit
Check rub contact, exposed edges and pulling or carrying behaviour on the assembled component. Match any colour or composition statement to the selected textile.
