Accessories within a paper packaging project
Specify the end cap or component and its fit with the paper body, coating and contact layer. This option is reviewed as part of the whole pack. It does not expand the product range to independent metal tins or cans.
Material specification and supporting documents
Request the actual material reference and specification. Check only the processes used in the chosen pack, such as printing, gluing, folding, wrapping or forming. Discuss the relevant customization.
Approve fit and appearance on the complete construction. Review affected parts after a grade, layer, coating or attachment changes. Composition, contact and performance documents must cover the specified material or item and use conditions. Ask about documentation.
Metal end components on a paper pack
Metal in this range is limited to retained packaging accessories, such as a closure on a paper tube. It does not introduce standalone metal cans.
Define the accessory dimensions, edge treatment, finish and connection to the paper or other component. Metal type and any coating belong in the component specification.
Sample review: fit, coating and contact
Check attachment, removal and contact conditions on the full assembly. Do not infer airtightness or corrosion performance from the presence of a metal lid.
