Custom Roll Labels
Roll labels are supplied for the agreed application process. Label shape, liner, roll core and unwind direction are part of the specification.
Standard MOQ: 500 pcs per style, size and artwork. Higher quantities may apply to special specifications. Sample timing and production timing are quoted for the project.

Label size and roll dimensions
Finished label size, gap, roll core and maximum outside diameter for the applicator.
- Measurement reference: Give units and label product, internal or external dimensions. Include a drawing or reference sample if available.
- Multiple sizes: List quantities by size. A size change may require a revised structure, artwork or sample.
Artwork orientation on the roll
Define unwind direction, copy orientation and the supplied barcode or variable-data area.

Label surface and decorative options
Availability depends on the material, structure and intended use.
- Printed colour and white areas: Identify which parts should be opaque, coloured or left clear. Approve the design on the selected face material.
- Surface protection: Discuss a finish around handling, rubbing or moisture exposure. Confirm the result on the intended labelled surface.
- Codes and small text: Supply the final data and intended reading method. Check the printed size, contrast and scan behaviour on the actual pack.
Cutting, backing and delivery format
Confirm core size, maximum roll diameter, winding direction and leading edge with the applicator. Label orientation on the roll is as important as the printed layout.
Specify application by hand or machine and the actual container surface; confirm dispensing and adhesive performance on a trial.
- Working layout: Send a drawing, reference or actual product. Identify fixed requirements and options to compare.
- Supply and assembly: Specify roll or sheet quantities as applicable, artwork version separation and the information needed on outer labels for application and replenishment.
- Component matching: For a multi-part pack, list component sizes, assembly order and which parts the quotation includes.
Sample checks: core, unwind direction and applicator
Apply sample labels to the intended surface using the actual process. Check dispensing, adhesion and readability after application, especially around curved containers.
- Structural sample: Check dimensions, assembly, fit and opening or application with the actual contents where relevant.
- Printed sample: Check print areas, colour and finish. Record any differences between the sample process and bulk production.
- Production reference: Approve the sample and artwork version before production. Recheck affected parts after changes to dimensions, materials or functional components.
Sample fees, shipping and timing are quoted per project. A visual proof cannot replace physical checks.

Confirm the brief and quotation
Agree quantities by size and artwork, materials, printing, finishes, components, and any tooling or assembly charges.
Approve samples and files
Record the approved sample and artwork. Scheduling follows the required sample, artwork, deposit and order confirmations.
Produce and inspect
Agree inspection methods and acceptance criteria for materials, dimensions, print, appearance and relevant assembly or fit.
Pack and deliver
Production and transit times are assessed separately. Confirm the destination, transport arrangement and delivery responsibilities.
