Printed surface and pattern options

Availability depends on the material, structure and intended use.

  • Surface behaviour: Describe the required release, grease resistance or handling behaviour for the actual application. Confirm it on the chosen paper.
  • Printed face and pattern: Specify printed or plain supply and the side on which the design is intended to appear. Review contact conditions before selecting the print treatment.
  • Use-specific evidence: Share the destination and intended use so applicable material documentation can be reviewed. The product name is not a substitute for that assessment.

Sheet, roll and packing format

Identify contact time, temperature, moisture and grease, and indicate which side carries print. The material description alone cannot establish suitability for all foods.

Specify food type, contact time and temperature so the paper, treatment and printing can be reviewed for that use.

  • Working layout: Send a drawing, reference or actual product. Identify fixed requirements and options to compare.
  • Supply and assembly: State sheet or roll supply, pack counts and the direction in which the material will be dispensed or unwrapped.
  • Component matching: For a multi-part pack, list component sizes, assembly order and which parts the quotation includes.

Packout and shipping planning

Sample checks: contact time, temperature and print side

Review applicable material information and trial the wrap in the intended use. Keep outside branding decisions separate from the contact-surface requirements.

Choose the right sample stage

  • Structural sample: Check dimensions, assembly, fit and opening or application with the actual contents where relevant.
  • Printed sample: Check print areas, colour and finish. Record any differences between the sample process and bulk production.
  • Production reference: Approve the sample and artwork version before production. Recheck affected parts after changes to dimensions, materials or functional components.

Sample fees, shipping and timing are quoted per project. A visual proof cannot replace physical checks.
