Formed transparent cavities locate and display products with an agreed backing or closure. Product shape and opening requirements determine the pack layout.
Standard MOQ: 500 pcs per style, size and artwork. Higher quantities may apply to special specifications. Sample timing and production timing are quoted for the project.

Resin, sheet and forming requirements

- Multiple sizes: List quantities by size. A size change may require a revised structure, artwork or sample.
Graphics around the formed cavity
Coordinate backing-card graphics with the formed cavity and any hanging area.

Clear views and surface details
Availability depends on the material, structure and intended use.
- Transparent display areas: Mark the product views that should remain visible. Review seams, closures and supports from those angles.
- Direct print or separate branding: Discuss printing on a compatible surface or a separate card, sleeve or label. The method is confirmed for the selected resin and construction.
- Appearance and handling: Agree the required clarity and acceptable surface appearance. Review handling marks and packing protection on finished samples.
Cavity, closure and supporting parts
Decide how the blister connects to its backing and how the customer opens it. The cavity, flange, print and closing process need a coordinated specification.
Review the blister-to-card or other agreed closure and the opening method; confirm tooling with the actual product.
- Working layout: Send a drawing, reference or actual product. Identify fixed requirements and options to compare.
- Supply and assembly: Agree flat, nested or assembled supply as the structure allows, protective separation and any backing cards or inserts that must travel with each unit.
- Component matching: For a multi-part pack, list component sizes, assembly order and which parts the quotation includes.
Sample checks: cavity, flange and backing connection
Test fit and the intended opening on an assembled sample. Distinguish the complete retail pack from a blister insert used inside another box.
- Structural sample: Check dimensions, assembly, fit and opening or application with the actual contents where relevant.
- Printed sample: Check print areas, colour and finish. Record any differences between the sample process and bulk production.
- Production reference: Approve the sample and artwork version before production. Recheck affected parts after changes to dimensions, materials or functional components.
Sample fees, shipping and timing are quoted per project. A visual proof cannot replace physical checks.

Agree quantities by size and artwork, materials, printing, finishes, components, and any tooling or assembly charges.
Approve samples and files
Record the approved sample and artwork. Scheduling follows the required sample, artwork, deposit and order confirmations.
Produce and inspect
Agree inspection methods and acceptance criteria for materials, dimensions, print, appearance and relevant assembly or fit.
Pack and deliver
Production and transit times are assessed separately. Confirm the destination, transport arrangement and delivery responsibilities.
