Clear display boxes frame the product within a transparent outer pack. Seams, supporting components and access need to be resolved as a set.

- Direct print or separate branding: Discuss printing on a compatible surface or a separate card, sleeve or label. The method is confirmed for the selected resin and construction.
- Appearance and handling: Agree the required clarity and acceptable surface appearance. Review handling marks and packing protection on finished samples.

Identify the viewing faces, joints and access point before fixing the outer dimensions. An internal support may be needed to prevent movement or unwanted contact.

- Supply and assembly: Agree flat, nested or assembled supply as the structure allows, protective separation and any backing cards or inserts that must travel with each unit.
