Custom Flat Pouches
Flat pouches provide a compact format without a standing base. Seal width and the opening position affect the useful packing area.
Standard MOQ: 500 pcs per style, size and artwork. Higher quantities may apply to special specifications. Sample timing and production timing are quoted for the project.

Film layers, seals and contact requirements
The quotation confirms the selected grade and compatible options.

Keep small text and opening instructions clear of all sealing zones.

Film appearance and printing
Availability depends on the material, structure and intended use.
- Matte or gloss appearance: Choose the requested outer look with the complete film construction. Review a printed sample for colour and surface appearance.
- Clear or unprinted viewing areas: Mark any proposed product-viewing area on the design. Confirm whether it suits the material and protection requirements.
- Legible product information: Reserve room for variable coding, ingredients or other supplied text as needed. Check readability on the filled pouch, not only the flat artwork.
Zippers, valves, spouts and filling
Seal widths and opening location reduce the useful fill area. Define whether the pouch is filled manually or on equipment before fixing dimensions.
Choose the fill edge, tear access and reclosure where appropriate; check how the flat pouch lies when filled.
- Working layout: Send a drawing, reference or actual product. Identify fixed requirements and options to compare.
- Supply and assembly: Identify the fill opening and how empty pouches should be counted, oriented and packed for the filling operation. Confirm fitment protection where applicable.
- Component matching: For a multi-part pack, list component sizes, assembly order and which parts the quotation includes.
Sample checks: seal width and filling access
Fill and seal a representative pouch, checking headspace and removal. Compare a gusseted format where the product requires more volume or shelf-standing presentation.
- Structural sample: Check dimensions, assembly, fit and opening or application with the actual contents where relevant.
- Printed sample: Check print areas, colour and finish. Record any differences between the sample process and bulk production.
- Production reference: Approve the sample and artwork version before production. Recheck affected parts after changes to dimensions, materials or functional components.
Sample fees, shipping and timing are quoted per project. A visual proof cannot replace physical checks.

Agree quantities by size and artwork, materials, printing, finishes, components, and any tooling or assembly charges.
Approve samples and files
Record the approved sample and artwork. Scheduling follows the required sample, artwork, deposit and order confirmations.
Produce and inspect
Agree inspection methods and acceptance criteria for materials, dimensions, print, appearance and relevant assembly or fit.
Pack and deliver
Production and transit times are assessed separately. Confirm the destination, transport arrangement and delivery responsibilities.
