Printed surface and pattern options

Availability depends on the material, structure and intended use.

  • Logo repeat: Set repeat spacing and reading direction on the applied tape. Check a sealed carton to judge the result.
  • Background and print colour: Choose the background and graphics together so the supplied marks remain legible.
  • Printed seal appearance: Review adhesion and application alongside the artwork; decoration does not establish sealing performance.

Discuss the appropriate customization

Sheet, roll and packing format

Choose backing and adhesive around the carton surface and application method. Paper-backed and film-backed tapes have different constructions; some paper tapes require activation.

Specify backing, adhesive and carton surface with the application environment; test the complete seal on the intended carton.

  • Working layout: Send a drawing, reference or actual product. Identify fixed requirements and options to compare.
  • Supply and assembly: Confirm rolls per pack, outer-carton identification and the dispensing method at the packing station.
  • Component matching: For a multi-part pack, list component sizes, assembly order and which parts the quotation includes.

Packout and shipping planning

Sample checks: backing, adhesive and activation

Seal the actual carton and inspect adhesion and print legibility after handling. Confirm roll width, length, repeat and dispenser compatibility in the order brief.

Choose the right sample stage

  • Structural sample: Check dimensions, assembly, fit and opening or application with the actual contents where relevant.
  • Printed sample: Check print areas, colour and finish. Record any differences between the sample process and bulk production.
  • Production reference: Approve the sample and artwork version before production. Recheck affected parts after changes to dimensions, materials or functional components.

Sample fees, shipping and timing are quoted per project. A visual proof cannot replace physical checks.
